I have purchased a course, how do I access the content?
After purchasing a course, you’ll receive an email titled “Your Art Market Coach Account has been created!” with your login credentials. Use these to log in at artmarketcoach.com via the “Login” option in the main menu. If you see “My Account” instead of “Login” in the main menu, you’re already logged in.
Once logged in, view your booked courses under “My Account > My Courses”. Click your course title to access the course page. On the course page, find the modules under “Course Content” (this may be one module or several). Click the title of the first module.
You’ll see the video content and can start it using the play button. After completing the module, click “Next Module”, or if it’s the only or last module, click “Mark as Complete”. You’ll be directed to the next module.
How long do I have access to the content?
After purchase, you have access to the course content for 12 months. You need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with an active internet connection to play the course content.
What payment options are available?
You can pay by credit/debit card (worldwide: Visa, Mastercard / in selected countries: American Express, JCB, Discover) or via PayPal.
How long does postal delivery take when purchasing books?
We ship all book orders within 3 business days after receiving payment. Shipping is via DHL from Berlin and takes 1-2 business days within Germany.
I’m having problems accessing or playing my course content.
Please note that after purchase, it can take up to half an hour until the course content is available. If problems persist, check the following steps:
1. Are you logged into your user account?
You receive your login credentials via email after purchase and can log in with these under “Login” in the main menu. If you see “My Account” instead of “Login”, you’re already logged in.
2. Have you selected the correct language?
You can purchase some courses in both German and English. To access the course content, you must view the website in the respective language. If you purchased a German course, you must view the website in German. You can change the language via the selection menu at the very bottom (on all devices) or at the very top (only on desktop computers, not on mobile devices).
3. Do you still have access to the course content?
Course content is available for one year after purchase. When logged in, you can see all courses you currently have access to under “My Account > My Courses”. If your course doesn’t appear here, your access has expired.
To see how long your courses are available, go to the respective course page (also via “My Account > My Courses”) and scroll to the bottom of the page. There you’ll see how long you still have access.
4. Is your browser up to date? Do you have browser plugins installed that prevent video playback?
If the previous steps couldn’t solve your problem, please check if your browser is updated to the latest version. Video playback might be blocked by browser extensions like ad blockers. To rule this out, disable such plugins for artmarketcoach.com or try accessing the website via incognito mode or a different browser.
5. Are you using a VPN?
In some rare cases, access via VPN may be blocked by our video hosting provider. Please try accessing our site without VPN and see if the problem persists.
6. Nothing worked?
If the previous points didn’t provide a solution, contact us at info@artmarketcoach.com. Please describe your problem and, if possible, include a screenshot of the browser window – this helps us resolve the issue faster.
Do I need to start my course at a specific time? How long do I have access?
You can start your course anytime after purchase and have access to the course content for one year.
How long does a course take?
This depends on the course. Generally, one course module takes between 20 and 30 minutes.
Who can I contact if I can’t find a course on my desired topic?
If you have questions about a topic that isn’t currently covered by our courses, contact the course author, Dr. Harriet Häußler, at info@artmarketcoach.com. We can either consider your feedback for future courses, or perhaps individual coaching might be better suited to your needs.
How do I download a certificate?
For some of our courses, you can download a certificate after completing all modules and a multiple-choice test. After completing all video modules, you can start the test and download the certificate immediately if you achieve a sufficient score. If your score isn’t sufficient, you can retake the test. If you want to download the certificate again later, simply go to the course page (via “My Account > My Courses”). You’ll see the option to download the certificate at the very top.
There was an error with the payment, what should I do?
If there’s an error during payment processing, please ensure you’re not using any browser extensions (ad blockers, etc.) that might interfere with communication between artmarketcoach.com and Stripe (for card payments) or PayPal. If necessary, use your browser’s incognito mode or a different browser. If you’re using a VPN, please deactivate it during the payment process. If you continue to have problems, contact us at info@artmarketcoach.com. If you accidentally placed the order twice due to a technical problem, we will immediately refund the duplicate payment.
How do I create an account?
Your account is automatically created when ordering a course. You don’t need to do anything else. Creating a user account without enrolling in a course is not possible.
Is it possible to exchange the booked course for another one?
Generally, this is not possible. Especially if you have already started accessing the course content, an exchange is no longer possible. However, if you realize immediately after purchase, before starting the first module, that you wanted a different course, contact us quickly at info@artmarketcoach.com. We will try to resolve the case amicably.
I’m having problems logging in – what should I do?
If you’re having problems logging into your user account, you can request a new password at https://www.artmarketcoach.com/my-account/lost-password/. You’ll receive an email allowing you to create a new password. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive the email within 60 minutes.
If you can’t find the email, or if you no longer have access to your email address, please contact us at info@artmarketcoach.com, including your name and email address. We will then try to restore your account for you.
